Liquidity was under half of the scan on a follow-up. PepeCat (PCAT) is a meme token deployed via the RobinVista launchpad factory. The contract is a straightforward ERC-20 with no transfer hooks, no fees, no pause, and no blacklist. The _mint call happens only inside initialize(), which is gated by a one-time factory check, so ongoing minting by an arbitrary party is unlikely but the function technically exists in the inherited ERC20. Liquidity is thin at roughly $28k.
