Verdict: risky.
Liquidity was under half of the scan on a follow-up. Very simple ERC20 token built on standard OpenZeppelin v5. The entire custom contract is just a constructor that mints 1 billion tokens to a single recipient address. The source scan flags a mint function, but this is only the internal _mint called once in the constructor - there is no public or external mint function exposed. Liquidity is around $51k, which is decent for a new meme token but still thin.
