The source code is just a standard OpenZeppelin BeaconProxy - the actual token logic lives in a separate implementation contract behind the beacon, which means the real behavior is not visible here. No blacklist, mint, pause, or fee functions are found in the proxy itself, but the upgrade path means the implementation can be swapped at any time by whoever controls the beacon.
