The contract includes a mint call in initialize() that sends the full supply to the launcher, plus anti-snipe max-wallet and max-tx caps that expire after a set block window. Liquidity is around $92k, which is decent for a new token, but the launcher address retains privileged control and the full source was trimmed so some functions may be hidden.
